When you verify anonymously through this platform and expose fraud, abuse or waste, you are instantly awarded a digital certificate — a powerful, private, and encrypted proof of your participation in our mission to expose fraud, waste, and abuse.

What Happens When You're Verified

A unique DHC award certificate is created and encrypted for you in real-time.
This certificate includes your temporary ID, awarded coin amount, unique serial number, and a timestamp.
It’s securely stored in our private vault — and also given to you for safekeeping (never share it with anyone).
The file can only be downloaded once — and it cannot be reissued or regenerated. One award per session and this frequency will be adjusted in timely basis.

How You'll Use It in the Future

An awesome conversion and redemption system is under development for anonymous whistleblowers where these reward certificates may be redeemable when dHelper launches its tokenization platform in near future. Here's how it will be validated:

You upload your original certificate file, nothing else.
Our system decrypts the content using the private key — only valid keys will be recognized.
System matches the certificate with its original copy stored at the time of your verification.
If everything matches: your reward is unlocked. If not: it’s rejected for your safety.

What’s Inside Your Certificate

username — your anonymous session ID (e.g., AXYQWP)
serial — a unique non-repeatable certificate number
coin_label — currently DHC (dHelper Coin)
amount — the number of DHC awarded to you
issued_at — exact time you were verified
download_token — a one-time token to prevent duplication
downloaded — a flag indicating whether the certificate has been claimed
fingerprint — an internal cryptographic hash used to verify authenticity

Keep This File Safe

Do not share, alter, or re-upload this file anywhere. If you lose it, this platform cannot recover it — this behavior is by design. The integrity of this certificate is your only proof and must remain unmodified.
